You have funds to help you achieve your goals and have confirmed your NDIS plan! GREAT! BUT WHERE DO YOU BEGIN?

Masters Support Coordination (MSC) will work with you to ensure you get the most significant value from your NDIS Plan. We can assist you in coordinating your Plan and provide services to help you act on your best interest. In addition, our Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coach team will provide a dedicated one-to-one service tailored to enable you to reach your goals.

We collaborate with a team of fully qualified, certified, and skilled allied health professionals with a strong staff of committed, high-quality professionals accessible to provide their services to participants throughout the Perth Metro and surrounding areas.

Our team

MSC is led by their Director Jasmine, who has navigated the NDIS since its inception as a Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Our clients are provided with NDIS Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, and psychosocial recovery coaching services personally by Jasmine and her team. These services are unique and custom-tailored for each client.

To help you get the most out of your NDIS experience, our staff relies on their collective personal and professional experiences. Our greatest aim is to collaborate with you and your representatives to make your NDIS experience as easy as possible.

Meet Up

We will pair you with a Support Coordinator who will discuss your existing service requirements and possible options utilising your NDIS Plan.

We encourage our participants to discuss their needs and expectations to understand better the care services they seek and to enable us to meet your support expectations. At Masters Support Coordination, we believe that Openness breeds openness! It is the gateway to deep sharing and the foundation of truth, trust and relationship building.

Services launch and Sign Up

We tailor our services to your needs by our organisational standards and industry best practices.

First, a service agreement will be presented and explained to you, signed by both parties, and a copy will be shared with you based on how you choose to be contacted when the scope of service has been decided and agreed upon.

Following that, we will activate your services.

Follow-Ups

Your situation may change from time to time, so we'll check in with you often when we're supporting you to ensure everything is going as planned. Then, through the follow-ups, we'll see where we need to improve. We know that change is inevitable and that adapting to change is vital.

Whereas if the scope of your need’s changes, we'll do our best to help you understand and, if necessary, adapt to the new developments.
